0830 - 0840hrs Report Strength
0840 - 1010hrs First Aid Training
1010 - 1040hrs Squad Time (with squad officers) / LDC for selected boys
1040 – 1140hrs Inter squad Sport Challenge / Character Quest for selected boys
1140 - 1200hrs Admin Instructions /BB Vesper
Wear: Warriors-T-shirit, shorts, shoes
Bring: 1.5L of water
